Certificate I Work Education (22128VIC)
The Building Brighter Futures Program is a pre-employment program, which takes a holistic approach to building confidence, self-esteem and motivation to help participants move towards job-readiness.
The program focuses on 6 main themes:
- Goal setting
- Wellness
- Employability
- Self-management
- Industry knowledge
- Career and Education Pathways
- Three workplaces visits to gain insights into different industries
- An organised industry experience placement
Places for eligible students are funded by the Victorian Government and all participants will be awarded a 22128VIC Certificate I in Work Education on successful completion.
Eligibility Criteria apply for funded places and include:
- Australian citizen , permanent resident or New Zealand passport holder;
- Existing qualifications must not exceed Certificate IV level;
- Have a disability, mental health problem or long term health condition.

The course is a blended delivery model with face to face workshops, work placement, self-paced study and mentoring.

This nationally recognised qualification is delivered by Learning Verve (TOID 21766). This qualification provides the skills and knowledge to the industry standard. The qualification does not guarantee a job.
