Learn to create and format to enhance documents including Microsoft Word, Excel , Powerpoint and Publisher. Use advanced features to create impressive documents, spread sheets and publications.

AFFORDABLE BELLY DANCING CLASSES,

Belly dancing is a low impact full body workout that tones and shapes the body in a fluid like manner. Belly dancing strengthens pelvic muscles, prevents lower back problems, improves posture, improves hip flexibility, enhances overall flexibility and suppleness and also helps relieves stress.
Classes are taught in a warm and friendly environment, welcoming all ages and fitness levels.
Classes commencing on Thursday evenings commencing May 19th.
