Bellydancing Classes commencing in Term 2.



BELLYDANCE CLASSES
Belly dancing is a low impact full body workout that tones and shapes the body in a fluid like manner. Belly dancing strengthens pelvic muscles, prevents lower back problems,   improves posture, improves hip     flexibility, enhances overall flexibility and suppleness and also helps relieves stress.

Classes are taught in a warm and  friendly environment, welcoming all ages and fitness  levels.

Classes commencing on Wednesday or Thursday  evenings in April. 
Wednesday morning class may also be available .
