How to Fix It! – Do It Yourself Workshops

DIY Workshops in Term 2
Register your interest for the following affordable DIY Workshops to be held Wednesday mornings commencing in April.

Workshop cost: $5.00 per session
Materials cost (not for all workshops) $3.00-$5.00

•  Plumbing Clinic - learn tap assembly, which tools to use, unclog sinks and change tap washers. Handouts provided and session finishes with Q & A on general plumbing. Don't call a plumber for minor repairs, learn yourself!

•  Garden and Herb Garden Clinic - learn about soil composition, fertilisers, soil additives, mulching and composting and seedling preparation. Learn to build a herb seed raising box as well as safely using tools required and then finish by adding soil and planting herb seeds. 

Empty planter - $3 Planter filled with soil and 5 herbs - $5

Additional workshops such as Making a Birdhouse, Basic Auto Care, and Working with Metal may be offered subject to demand.
