"Our activities today preparing for the observation point eclipse. Previously we have planned at one of the piers Maba that are not used anymore, but it was the last information would be used the public to hold a festival eclipse," said researcher Science Center Space Space agency Emanuel Sungging when met at Square -alun Maba City, North Maluku, on Monday.

"Hopefully it does not interfere with (the course of observation). There will be a team we will try to distract the public to view the eclipse instead of its research activities," he said.
In terms of research needs, according Sungging, a new location that is the main square is quite good because the sun can be observed 45 degrees. "It was already quite high".
Between based on the observation, observation point and GMT Space agency NASA on the square Jiko Mobon very open and accessible to the community. Observation locations covering approximately 10x8 square meter (m2) given only limit red rope.
